Level 1 Freediver
Learn all of the fundamentals of freediving. In this jam packed, skill based two day course, you will learn all the training, technique, and proper form to safely do 3:00 breath holds, and depth of up to 66ft. We put a lot of empathsis on the safety of the sport to help you continue to enjoy the underwater world.
Spearfishing Course
It is very easy to go from going through a freediving course to becoming a self taught spearo, but this class is designed to give you all the skills and knowlege to expontentially improve in underwater hunting. Designed by some of the best spearos around, you will learn all the tips and tactics to catch more fish and start competing in spearfishing competitions.
Level 2 Freediver
In the three day level 2 freediving course, you will learn what your body is truly capable of by increasing your breath hold far beyond what you thought possible. This course operates in depths anywhere from 66ft-132ft. The training regimine in this class also helps you stay on the path to help with constant progression. Learn all the evaluation and progression secrets to making your depth more comfortable!
Basic Freediving Safety
This class will teach you all of the safety for freediving. Please note that this is the same safety taught in the other classes. We understand not everyone wants to do a full course, but would like to still remain safe when diving with their buddies, and because of this, we wanted to offer the basic freediving safety course.
